He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Education (Agriculture) from the University of Maiduguri, a Master of Arts in Sociology of Religious Education and Counselling, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Management Planning from Haggai International Bible College, an affiliate of Open Christian University, USA.

Ettah Bassey Essien is a Professor of Economics, Department of Economics, University of Uyo, Nigeria. He is Director Clement Isong Centre for Development Studies, University of Uyo, Nigeria. His areas of interest include: Development Economics, Entrepreneurship, Political Economy, History of Economic thought, Economic Methodology.

Akinbiyi Akeju is an Architect by profession. He has been involved in several design and construction projects for individual, corporate and government clients across sectors, and in different locations in Nigeria. Arc Akeju hails from Ekiti State, and is married with children.

Mfon Michael Akpabio is an Architect with a rich professional experience in design and construction across Nigeria. He possesses an MSc in Architecture (Jos) and a PG Certificate in Business Management (UK), with an MBA in view (Uyo). He is currently the Secretary to ONNA Local Government in Akwa Ibom State. Akpabio brings to the table extensive experience in strategic planning. He is articulate, selfless and deeply community-minded.

Dr. Iboro Nelson is a seasoned development, governance and public policy expert and academic. An education entrepreneur and author, she has background training in Statistics and Economics with a PhD in Development Economics. She has extensive experience in the international development space across several thematic areas including fiscal governance, and accountability, health systems and policy and public health program management. A Rotarian and mentor to many people, she sits on the advisory board of credible Non-profit organization and Think-tanks. She currently lectures at Amadeus University and also consults for many reputable international organizations.

Ogechukwu Patricia Arisa was born in Lagos State in 1965. She had her early education at Baptist Primary School, Lagos, and New Era Girls Secondary School, Lagos. She furthered her studies at the Federal Training Center, Kaduna and Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi - ATBU.

She is a seasoned professional with several years of experience as a Desk Reporter at the National Assembly. Over the years, she has attended numerous office trainings as well as self-sponsored professional development courses to sharpen her skills.

Beyond public service, Ogechukwu is a committed entrepreneur. She runs an event planning and decoration business, bringing creativity and excellence to memorable occasions.
